Aktivitas Antikanker Nanokapsul Ekstrak Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) dengan Pengujian in Vivo pada Fibrosarkoma Mencit Jantan Balb/c

Nanoencapsulated form noni extracts could help body absorption and able to inhibit proliferation cancer cells in vitro. This study was conducted examine activity nanoencapsulated vivo anti-proliferation agent cells. extract obtained by maceration method using water a solvent. The nanocapsule made ionic gelation magnetic stirrer with speed 1500 rpm. In test Balb/c male mice comparing treatment nanoencapsulation non-encapsulated extracts. result showed that have particle size 27-59 nm. Percent inhibition on (specifically fibrosarcoma mice) were equal 54.75% (P2), while 49.72% (P1). Nanocapsule has better than mice.
